
No-Fruit Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 300 ml almond milk
- ¼ avocado
- 1 handful organic kale
- 1 handful organic spinach or lettuce
- 1 large handful mint leaves
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp protein powder ( I use Pulsin Hemp protein or Life Drink from Terranova, which is supplement packed with phytonutrients, protein, enzymes, probiotics, good fats, fibre and much more.)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
