Ginger Ice Cubes

Makes 1 ice cube tray
  • 4 ginger roots
  • 3 to 5 limes or lemon (optional)

Juice the ginger roots on their own or make a mixture with half ginger juice and half lime juice. Pour the mix into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Enjoy!
