
Kale Crisps
INGREDIENTS
- 200g fresh kale
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 nutritional yeast (I used Marigold Engevita yeast flakes with B12)
Preheat the oven to 100ÂșC
Remove stems from the kale and place leaves into an oven dish.
Add olive oil and massage the kale for 3-4 minutes until leaves soften.
Sprinkle nutritional yeast on top
Place in the oven for 30-40 minutes and check on leaves every 10 minutes until crisp. Enjoy!
