- 1 handful rocket
- 1 fig
- 2 tomatoes
- A few cubes of goat cheese
- A few hazelnuts (optional)
- Fresh basil
- Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar (optional)
- Sea Salt ( I used Sal de Ibiza con Flores)
- Black pepper
Place the rocket in a plate or a bowl. Top up with the sliced fig and sliced tomatoes. Crumble the goat cheese into chunks and add the hazelnuts.
Just before serving, sprinkle the salad with the basil, season with freshly ground black pepper, sea salt and drizzle with olive oil only or with an extra touch of balsamic vinegar.
