Coconut Chia Pudding

Easy to prepare, this creamy and delicious breakfast or snack is filled with proteins, healthy fats and vitamins.
Preparation time: 10 mins


2-3 ramequins
  • 1 pot of 350g of coconut collaborative natural yogurt
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk (I used Rude Health coconut milk)
  • berries, to serve

In a ramequin, put two tablespoons of coconut yogurt.

Combine chia seeds and coconut milk. Stir well. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Stir again and place on top of the coconut yogurt.

Chill for a couple hours, or overnight.
